How can I pay the full amount in several payments for the camp?

You can pay by credit card directly on our website, or you can also choose to pay using your PayPal® account, or the Paypal® platform itself without obligation to create a PayPal® account, by using your credit card.

Can I make several payments?

If you choose to use your Paypal account, you should be able to register for the camp in 4 payments. Please visit this link for more information.

My daughter is allergic to peanuts, who should I talk to?

There is a specific section within the registration form regarding any type of allergies. We will follow your instructions throughout the length of our camp.

Who are the coaches running your camps?

The 5 main coaches who run the 2TheTop Academy camps each practice in the United States and have high level experience as players or coaches. They are development specialists and certified coaches in the US for some and in Europe for others.
 
  • How many players attend each session?

    At 2TheTop Academy, we believe in giving each and every camper the attention he or she needs to improve. No one is left behind. We typically have a 10/12 players to 1 coach ratio which is why we limit enrollment. We strive to provide the best experience possible for players.

  • What's the competition level?

    We cover all and any competition level. Campers will be evaluated at the beginning of the camp and divided into groups, accordingly. All groups will be put in an environment where they will be encouraged and rewarded for their progress using positive reinforcement, and will be challenged to go beyond their limits.

  • Do you provide accommodations for out of town campers?

    2TheTop Academy provides living accommodations for out-of-town campers under the following conditions: Campers requesting accommodations for our summer camp should register before May 31st, 2023. Accommodations will only be offered 1 day before the camp starts until 1 day after the camp ends. For more information about accommodations, please reach out to us by using our contact page.   • Can I request a roommate?

    We do our best to accommodate roommate requests. However, we cannot accommodate any requests for roommate changes after check-in.

  • Can I come with a teammate?

    Yes! We encourage teammates, friends, siblings to register together. Even though you will make new friends during your time at 2TheTop Academy, we understand that having someone you know from day one eases your confort zone.

  • Are team discounts available?

    A discount of 20% is offered to teams of 5 players or more. Team discount is processed in 2 steps: 1- For team discount, fill-out the Registration form with the total number of participants you want to register. Go through the payment process. 2- once the process completed, you will be prompted to fill-out information for the rest of the team and the discount will be applied to your second payment. Let the form guides you and if in doubt, save it for later, reach out to us and we will be happy to help you complete your multi-player registration.

  • What if I can't attend camp?

    If for any reason, including injury, sickness, or family emergency, you cannot attend our 2TheTop Academy camp, you may transfer your registration to a teammate or friend before the registration deadline, not after.

  • Will we have gender specific teams?

    2TheTop Academy promotes gender equality at all time. Our groups are level based not gender based. Boys and Girls will be mixed in groups according to their level of play.

  • Do you offer scholarships?

    Not at this time. Scholarships are into considerations and will be merit-based. Our Marketing team is working hard to create strong partnership that will allow us to put together our scholarship program.

  • As a parent, can I watch any part of the week?

    Parents are invited to stay on camp each day until 9:15am and from 4:45pm to 5:00pm. Parents presence can be a distraction at camp, therefore we would rather limit interaction between them and the campers once it’s time to work. Parents are invited to attend our last day of camp events, where they should witness first hand their kids' progress and cheer them up as loud as they can!

  • Should I report the absence of my child?

    Yes. You must report your child's absence or delay by sending an SMS or Whatsapp message to the following number +1 305 209-2370. Each delay will be penalized with a $5 fee. Each absence will be sanctioned by a $5 fee and must be accompanied by a note from a parent.

  • Where can I get a lost object from the camp?

    Lost property will be kept for the duration of the camp. Campers will be informed of where to pick up lost items and where to leave items they find. You can also talk to the staff at the beginning or at the end of each day of camp or by text/Whatsapp message sent to +1 305 209-2370.

  • Can I cancel my child's camp registration?

    You can cancel your registration up to 1 week before the start of the chosen camp. The cancellation fee is 60 euros.
